What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Campaign information: the company details, announcement facts, quotes, evidence and files you submit.
- Approval records: the draft version you approved, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address with your browser type.
How we use it
- To write, review and distribute your press release, send you updates, and produce your report.
- Release text and approved assets are shared with our distribution partners so they can publish your release.
- When AI drafting is enabled, your intake is sent to our AI provider to produce a draft. It is used only to generate your release.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
- We keep campaign and approval records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle corrections and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
- Email contact@klyvorallc.com to access, correct or delete your information. Published releases on partner sites are controlled by those partners.
