Refund policy
This policy will be finalized to match our distribution partner's rejection and cancellation terms before public launch.

| Before you submit your intake | Full refund on request. |
| We decline your release during editorial review | Full refund. |
| You cancel after drafting has started but before approval | Refund minus a writing fee, stated in your package. |
| The distribution partner declines your approved release | We try to fix and resubmit if the partner allows it. If it cannot be distributed, you receive a refund of the distribution portion, as set out in your package. |
| After distribution | No refund for completed distribution. If a placement we reported was never live, we correct the report and credit or refund that part. |
